If you purchased a ticket for a show at KRANNERT CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS, please take your Eventbrite ticket and visit our PYGMALION Will Call Booth, located next to the Tryon Festival Theatre. We will then give you a Krannert Center ticket in exchange, and you’ll then be able to enter Foellinger Great Hall or Studio Theatre. Please note: Do not go to the Krannert Center Box Office for PYGMALION tickets!

- Performer lineup and schedule subject to change at any time.
- No refunds; Name exchanges are OK, and you can do this in your Eventbrite account. If you have any issues with this process, please email us at info@thepygmalionfesival.com.
- Performances at The Canopy Club and Rose Bowl Tavern are 18+ with proper ID; patrons under the age of 18 may enter with a parent or legal guardian.
- For all performances at The Canopy Club, patrons under the age of 21 are subject to a $3 surcharge.
- For all performances at Krannert Center for the Performing Arts are ALL AGES.
- For ticketing Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, your tickets will be available at the PYGMALION Will Call located in the lobby of Krannert Center the night of the show. This is subject to change, but we will be sure to keep all ticket buyers informed can with ticketing between Krannert Center + PYGMALION.
- No outside drinks, please.
- All performances are subject to capacity limitations.
- If you have purchased a PYGMALION Single Event Ticket, please bring your ticket (either physical or digital) to the front gate of the VENUE where the performance is being held.
