The comfort and experience of our patrons is a top priority for us. Please email us at info@thepygmalionfestival.com prior to the event and we can discuss and accommodate as best as we possibly can. We are certain we can help!

We would recommend utilizing one of the country’s finest public transit systems, Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District (MTD), for your transportation needs getting to and/or around PYGMALION. If you’re driving to a show at PYGMALION, keep a lookout for Mobile Meter options around the venues, there should be plenty of parking options available in the Krannert Center district as well as Downtown Urbana.

Of course, just make sure they are with you when you go to redeem the tickets at the respective venue night of the show. You will not be able to enter if you don’t have your ticket with you.

PYGMALION does not offer refunds. We understand things happen, but as a policy across the board, we are not able to refund your ticket purchase. If you have any questions about this policy, please email us at info@thepygmalionfestival.com. You’re welcome to transfer your ticket(s) to a friend, we’re happy to help sort that out if you want to change the name(s) on your ticket(s).

We appreciate your desire to participate as a performer, but PYGMALION does not accept unsolicited submissions to perform.

We totally get that. Please feel free to email us at info@thepygmalionfestival.com and we’ll do our best to sort it out.
